A 12-week bootcamp for founders who'd rather build than plan. You'll validate the idea, build a first version, and go get someone to pay for it — working closely with a coach who has done it before.
You won't spend three months sitting through lectures. Here's what you'll actually be doing, week by week.
Before you build anything, you talk to the people you think you're building for. Most ideas sound better in your head than they hold up in those conversations — and it's a lot cheaper to find that out now than six months in.
You'll get a working MVP in front of actual users in weeks, not months, using AI tools to move quickly. The point is to learn what matters and what doesn't — not to spend a quarter building features nobody asked for.
This is the part most founders avoid. Outreach, sales calls, pricing, objections, follow-ups — you'll do all of it, get ignored, hear no a few times, and keep going until someone becomes a paying customer, pilot or LOI.
Four weeks of building and selling with your coach on hand. You keep shipping, keep talking to customers, fix what isn't landing, and work out whether that first yes was luck or something you can repeat — with real numbers behind it.
Once there's an actual business behind you, you put together the numbers, the model and an honest version of the story, then pitch at Demo Day to a room of real investors. Raising isn't the goal of the program — but if it's yours, you'll walk in prepared.
AI isn't the pitch here, it's a tool. It lets you build a first version without a full engineering team and hand off the repetitive work that would otherwise eat your week. Mostly, it buys you time to spend with customers.
No certificate. By the end you'll have the actual pieces of a company that's started to work:

Every week you sit down one-on-one with someone who has actually built and sold a company. They've made the mistakes you're about to make, so the advice is specific and the feedback is honest.
Your coaches are founders and operators who've actually built and sold companies, alongside CXOs and early-stage investors. Each of them takes a specific part of the journey, and you work with them directly through the program. We'll introduce the full lineup for this cohort soon.
A signed customer, a paid pilot, or an LOI — as long as you show up and do the work. We're confident about this because the whole program is built around it.
Founders who already have an idea (or the itch to start one) and want to actually build it, not just learn about building it. SaaS, AI, D2C — it's the founder that matters more than the sector.
A cohort of 25, plus 120+ founders, coaches and investors from past batches who are still around.
25 seats a cohort. Apply, come pitch yourself on campus, and get started.
